Cuban diplomat will give a conference in Bolivia
Havana, Aug 18 (RHC) The general director of Consular Affairs and Attention to Cubans Resident Abroad, Ernesto Soberón, today will give an online conference on the Cuban Migration Policy today in Bolivia, which will be broadcast on the zoom platform.
Called Cuban migration policy and attention to Cubans residing abroad, the talk was developed based on the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Plurinational Diplomatic Academy of Bolivia and the Raúl Roa García Higher Institute of International Relations, of the Cuban Foreign Ministry.

The day before, Soberón held a meeting with compatriots residing in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, capital of the Santa Cruz department. They discussed the 4th Conference on the Nation and Emigration, convened for November 18 and 19, 2023 in Havana.
The official from the Foreign Ministry of the Caribbean island led the delegation that attended the 3rd Round of Talks with Bolivia on migration issues this Thursday. Both parties examined the state of the migratory flow and evaluated joint actions. During the exchange the delegations discussed the importance of guaranteeing regular, orderly and safe trips.
