Havana, October 4 (RHC) Specialized Rescue and Rescue Forces of Cuba found this Wednesday the lifeless body of a person trapped in rubble after the collapse of a building in Old Havana.
Preliminary reports indicate that the victim is Ramón Páez, who was at the scene at the time of the accident and was reported missing.
The incident occurred in the early morning hours in a building located on Lamparilla Street No. 362, between Villegas and Aguacate, in the capital's municipality of Old Havana.
Due to the collapse of the building, Yoandra Suárez, a 40-year old rescue technician with more than 11 years in the job, and Luis Alejandro Llerena, 23-year old professional rescuer lost their lives.
