The Havana International Fair is considered the main commercial exchange in Cuba and the Caribbean

Havana, Nov 6 (RHC) The 39th Havana International Fair (FIHAV 2023) will begin its activities this Monday, a space for participation and exchange between exhibitors, businessmen and professionals from Cuba and abroad.

Considered the main commercial exchange in Cuba and the Caribbean, the event will be held at its traditional headquarters at the Expocuba fairgrounds until November 11.

As part of FIHAV 2023, the 6th Investment Forum will be held and Cuban exportable funds (state and private management) will be promoted. There will be a representation of the 13 productive export centers of Cuba.

The Fair will have a pavilion dedicated to Cubans residing abroad who maintain business relations with their homeland, which could be joined by others who are in the process or intend to establish new ventures on the island.

On this day, the panel of Cuban, foreign and international shipping companies will be held and the pavilions of the Mariel Special Development Zone and the provinces will be inaugurated, as will the days of Russia, Spain, the Basque Country, the Czech Republic and Brazil.

The previous edition of FIHAV (2022) was held after two years of confronting the Covid-19 pandemic and managed to bring together companies from more than 60 countries, more than twenty official delegations and more than 30 chamber entities.

The Fair has been held since 1983 and is positioned as an excellent business platform for companies new to the market and those already established and is one of the most representative in Latin America. (Source: PL)
