Marrero thanked the ambassadors from China, Vietnam and Japan for the interest of their nations in strengthening and expanding ties with Cuba

 

Havana, September 7 (RHC) The Prime Minister of Cuba, Manuel Marrero Cruz, received this Friday the ambassadors of China, Vietnam and Japan, whom he thanked for the interest of their nations in strengthening and expanding ties with the largest island of the Antilles.

In conversation with Ambassador Hua Xin, the head of Government highlighted the excellent state of bilateral relations between China and Cuba, which this September 28 reaches the 64th anniversary.

For his part, the Chinese diplomat conveyed greetings from Prime Minister Li Qiang and pointed out that bilateral ties are an example of solidarity and mutual support between countries that have the interest of building a community with a shared future.

At the Palace of the Revolution, headquarters of the executive, Marrero also received Le Quang, recently appointed ambassador of Vietnam in Havana, to whom he expressed the admiration of Cubans for the glories of the Vietnamese people against colonialism and imperialism.

Subsequently, the prime minister received the Japanese ambassador, Hirata Kenji, who is completing his mission in Havana.

The prime minister thanked Hirata for his contributions to the consolidation of bilateral ties, and praised the traditional cooperation of Japan with the people of Cuba, such as the inauguration of the project for the assembly of a comprehensive intelligent electrical energy generation system.
