These efforts aim to address the challenges and crises that the country is facing

 

Havana, Jan 14 (RHC) With the support of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment (CITMA), the Innovation for Development Fair will take place from January 15 to 17 at the Havana Convention Center.

The event will serve as a platform for theoretical and practical discussions, showcasing achievements, fostering collaborations, and charting paths for actors from diverse sectors of national life involved in innovative activities and knowledge sharing.

These efforts aim to address the challenges and crises the country is facing.

The fair will also promote interface activities to establish a genuine link that guarantees the completion of the innovation process, encompassing quality control, legal and regulatory measures, technology transfer, and commercialization.

The program includes forums dedicated to innovation for sustainable development and artificial intelligence; and presentations by experts in the fields of agriculture, industry, health, biotechnology, information and communication technologies, education, tourism, and energy.

The closing day encompasses the presentation of the national innovation award, the CITMA special awards for the 2022-2023 period, and the National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers awards. (Source: Granma)
