Havana, January 14 (RHC)-- Fernando Gonzalez, one of the Cuban Five and now President of the Cuban Institute for Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP), has expressed his appreciation to solidarity activists for their support in demanding Cuba be removed from U.S. terrorist list.

In a message on the social network X, Fernando said:

"For years, solidarity activists in the US and around the world have demanded the exclusion of Cuba from the "List of State Sponsors of Terrorism."

"Today and always, we thank you for your continued denunciation of the serious damage caused to the Cuban people."
