Havana, February 1 (RHC) The 3rd edition of the International Transport and Logistics Exhibition (FITL 2025) will be held from April 1 to 3 at the Pabexpo fairgrounds in Havana, with the presence of key domestic and international players in the field.
Marcos Bermúdez de la Torre, the Deputy Minister of Transport, addressed the diplomatic corps and the press in the Taganana room of the Hotel Nacional.
He emphasized that the exhibition would enable the consolidation of existing projects or those under discussion, as well as the identification of new business prospects in various areas.
The topics of the conference will include the sustainable transportation for passengers and goods, the modernization of transportation vehicles and infrastructure, the energy shift in the industry, among others.
Bermúdez outlined the objectives of the fair, which include fostering the growth of various economic and domestic trade players, encouraging foreign investment, strengthening international collaboration, and securing funding for infrastructure development.
The event also seeks to revitalize the domestic industry, boost and diversify exports, foster import substitution, expand the network of suppliers of spare parts and materials, enhance the country's logistics capabilities, and exchange knowledge and best practices in these areas. (Source: ACN)
