Havana, Feb 20 (RHC) The Cuban ambassador to Azerbaijan, Carlos Valdés, has met with the head of the International Relations Department of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergencies, Arguj Kalantarli, at the headquarters of the diplomatic mission.
Both parties acknowledged the strong ties between the two nations in the realm of bilateral and multilateral diplomatic and political affairs.
Kalantarli remembered the remarkable efforts of the Cuban medical professionals who fought against the COVID-19 pandemic in the country during the years 2020 and 2021.
