Havana, Feb 20 (RHC) Cuba is preparing to hold an Employment Fair throughout the country, convened for Friday by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
According to the Ministry, the event provides a valuable chance for individuals to explore job opportunities and participate in training programs.
These events are typically organized by the municipal and work departments, with the support of local government.
The employment fairs are part of the initiatives implemented in the country to enhance access to high-quality employment opportunities and reduce informal work, in line with the National Development Plan for the period up to 2030.
They are attended by representatives from various types of businesses, including state-owned enterprises, non-agricultural cooperatives, self-employed individuals, and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
