Mexico City, May 9 (RHC) -- Cuba is in talks with Chinese telecoms equipment company Huawei to expand its business in the Caribbean island, Cuban finance minister Lina Pedraza told Reuters on Friday.
Pedraza made the remarks on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum on Mexico's Caribbean coast and added that the Cuban telecoms sector would be open to all foreign companies.
