Caracas, June 24 (RHC) -- Cuba and Venezuela ratified in Caracas a techno-military agreement signed in 2008, as part of a cooperation program between the two nations in several areas.
The signing of the document was carried out by the Venezuelan Minister for Defense, Vladimir Padrino, and the Head of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba (FAR), Leopoldo Cintra Frías, who is paying an official visit to the South American country.
Padrino thanked Cuba and its people for their solidarity and firm support of Venezuela's Bolivarian Revolution, adding that the relaunching of military cooperation will strengthen the independence path chosen by the two countries.
