Berlin, August 4 (RHC)-- The 11th International Festival for Peace, as every year, is celebrated in the northern German town of Graal-Müritz. The festival called for the renovation of the bonds of friendship between the peoples of both nations -- Cuba and Germany.
The official website of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs says the event brought together figures from the German political and social scene, and was also attended by Cuban Ambassador in Berlin, René Juan Mujica.
Havana's representative in Germany thanked the people for their friendship and solidarity with Cuba and expressed his country's commitment to the struggle for peace.
