Havana, October 9 (RHC)-- The first report back process of lawmakers, delegates to the Municipal Assemblies of People's Power, will begin on November 1st.
Speaking to reporters in Havana, the Secretary of the Cuban Parliament, Miriam Brito Sarroca, said the massive process -- one of the most important of the political system of our country -- has been prepared over the past several months, with the training of delegates who will report back to their constituency.
