La Paz, October 15 (RHC)-- The Bolivian government has presented Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez with the 'Cóndor de Los Andes' (Andean Condor) Order, in recognition of his personal efforts toward strengthened Cuban-Bolivian relations.
Speaking at the ceremony, Bolivian Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca highlighted Minister Rodríguez' efforts over many decades to achieve what our two peoples enjoy today, an environment of true friendship and solidarity.
Choquehuanca said Cuba and Minister Rodríguez are examples of selfless cooperation with other peoples in need based on solidarity.
The Cuban diplomat said he accepted the high distinction on behalf of the Cuban people, their leaders Fidel and Raúl Castro, and the thousands of Cuban collaborators who are today offering their services to the Bolivian people.
