Havana, December 14 (RHC)-- The President of Cape Verde Jorge Carlos de Almeida Fonseca arrives in Cuba Monday evening to begin an official visit.
According to this morning's edition of Granma newspaper, de Almeida will hold official talks with President Raul Castro and carry out other activities on his agenda.
De Almeida was elected president of the Republic of Cape Verde in 2011.
