Washington, January 26 (RHC), -- The US organization 'Engage Cuba', which advocates the lifting of the U.S. blockade of Cuba, announced the creation of a group of experts to boost relations between the two countries.

“The panel, called Council on Policy towards Cuba (CPC), is made up of scholars from academic centers and professionals from different sectors, who will provide information and analysis on pros and cons of steps taken by Washington and Havana as they move forward, toward normalized relations,” reads a communique issued by the entity.

"We are excited to unite this group of leaders that worked on issues related to Cuba and Latin America for several decades, for them to contribute their great experience on international politics," said Engage Cuba President, James Williams.
