Renowned Cuban historian, Dr. Gloria García, was awarded post-Morten the National History Award for the work of her entire life at the International Book Fair that winds up on Sunday in Havana.

García passed away on November 23rd, 2013, leaving a great legacy of historical research, including books such as Monopolios norteamericanos en Cuba.
