Havana, June 15 (RHC)-- ‘Bailarás’ is the title of the latest music video by the band Toques del Río, which will be released on June 25th on the band’s YouTube cannel.
According to the information released by the band from Pinar del Río province, the audiovisual, shot in Studio 18 of the record and musical editions Company EGREM, recreates iconic tunes from the band’s repertoire from the 1950s, 70s and 90s.
The latest music video by Toques del Río features the collaboration of Quadrigales Quartet, Jotabarrioz and Alcibiades Durruthy. Other featured artists include National Dance, Fine Arts, Music and Film Prize laureates Rosario Cárdenas, Eduardo Roca “Choco”, Joaquín Betancourt and Fernando Pérez, respectively and dancers with the company The Concept.
Produced by Toques del Río, the music video will be released by Wajiros FILMS with direction by Carlos Gómez, production by Ivexi Arencibia Nápoles, photography by Loisdanys Rodíguez and David Cruz.
The track ‘Bailarás’ is the single chosen to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Hermanos Saíz Association of Young Artists and this year’s Summer campaign.
Toques del Río’s repertoire includes Cuban and foreign genres, among them conga, reggae, danzon and funky.
