The last two concerts of the Buena Vista Social Club Project’s closing tour is scheduled for Havana’s Karl Marx Theater on Saturday and Sunday as part of Cubadisco 2016.

Following a year and a half, the band will close its Adiós Tour in the Cuban capital, the city where the legendary group was born in the 1990’s and lunched it to the international music scene. Performers have prepared a special show, with a repertoire that includes tunes from its most recent album  Lost and Found and pieces that have characterized its presentations, concerts and shows, such as  Dos gardenias, Candela, el Chan Chan and El cuarto de Tula. On stage will be founding members, such as the so called Diva of the Buena Vista Social Club Project, Omara Portuondo, Eliades Ochoa, Manuel «Guajiro» Mirabal, Barbarito Torres, and others.
