Washington, July 16 (RHC)-- The Donald Trump administration has backed down on its plan to deport thousands of international students enrolled at universities that will offer online-only courses in the fall due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The plan, announced by Immigration and Customs Enforcement just last week, would have revoked visas for international students unless they transferred to universities holding in-person instruction.
