New York, February 28 (RHC)-- A new study published in the journal Nature finds glaciers are melting at an accelerating rate, causing a major rise in sea levels — two centimeters this century alone.
Over the past decade, over one-third more ice melted than the previous decade.
Rising sea levels are leading to increasingly severe flooding for hundreds of millions of people in coastal communities.
