La Paz, January 3 (teleSUR-RHC)-- The Ruins of Tiwanaku will host the first part of the ceremony that will formally initiate Evo Morales' second term in office under the current Constitution.

The January 21st ceremony will precede the swearing in at the Bolivian Legislative Assembly the next day, where at least 10 presidents will attend, including Venezuela's Nicolas Maduro and Ecuadorean leader Rafael Correa.

Morales, the country's first indigenous president, has made a point of emphasizing the indigenous character of the country in its projects as well as in its ceremonies.

The Bolivian president was elected for a third time in a landslide election on October 12th, with over 60 percent of the vote. His main opponent, right-wing politician Samuel Doria Medina, obtained less than 25 percent.
