Bogotá, Apr 4 (RHC) Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos confirmed that government representatives will return Tuesday to Havana to resume the talks with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People's Army.
President Santos said in an interview from Casa de Nariño, seat of the government, that they will first meet in Bogotá with a team of rebels’ lawyers, and that the topics on the agenda are complex, but there is fluid communication with the guerrilla.
