Buenos Aires, January 25 (RHC)-- Cuba's Deputy Education Minister Margarita Mcpherson is heading the country's delegation at the 1st Meeting of Education Ministers from Latin America and the Caribbean, which is holding sessions in Argentina, sponsored by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
Addressing the meeting, Margarita Mcpherson stressed that there can be no development without education. The Cuban official spoke about the role of the Cuban State in the training of education professionals, and also about Cuba's cooperation in the sector with other peoples and nations the world over.
