Asuncion, January 22 (RHC)-- The president of Paraguay, Horacio Cartes, will attend the 2nd summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), to be held here in Havana, Foreign Minister Eladio Loizaga said Tuesday.
“Cartes will make a presentation at the plenary session about anti-poverty efforts led by his government," said the head of the Paraguayan diplomacy in a press conference.
The president will attend the summit of CELAC, after being invited by the Cuban government last September.
