Havana, September 25 (RHC) – Cuban First Vice President Miguel Díaz-Canel is attending the inauguration of the Angolan head of state, Joao Lourençoñ. The swearing-in ceremony is taking place in Luanda on Monday.
Cuban Foreign Minister Ana Teresita González Fraga and Cuba's ambassador to Angola, Gisela Beatriz García Rivera, are also part of the Cuban delegation.
