Hanoi, October 12 (RH)-- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President Nguyen Phu Trong sent a message of congratulations to Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez on his election as President of the Republic of Cuba.
Chairwoman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan also cabled a congratulatory message to Esteban Lazo Hernandez on his election as President of the Cuban Council of State.
Meanwhile, Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh extended her congratulations to Salvador Valdes Mesa on his election as Vice President of the Republic of Cuba.
