Havana, May 1 (RHC)-- Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel has criticized the attitude of the United States after a shooting incident at the island's embassy in Washington, DC.  He said that U.S. authorities are not informing Havana of details of the investigation into the terrorist action.

On his official Twitter account, the Cuban president said that "not sharing all the information with the attacked country is equivalent to tolerance."   The president described the terrorist attack against the diplomatic mission as a "hate crime."

Diaz-Canel said that the attack against the Cuban Embassy in the U.S. capital early Thursday morning, April 30th, is consistent with the hostility of the current U.S. administration.

In another tweet, the Cuban president referred to the resistance of the Cuban people to situations like this since the triumph of the Revolution in 1959.
