Havana, February 6 (RHC)-- The General Customs of the Republic (AGR) celebrated the 59th anniversary of its founding with a ceremony that coincided with the second graduation of senior technicians of the institution.

The ceremony held in Havana was attended by Norberto Ramos Montano, Deputy Head of Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and Nelson Cordovez Reyes, head of the AGR.

During the ceremony, the letter of congratulations from the Head of the General Customs of the Republic sent to the customs officers on the occasion of the anniversary was read out.

The 40 best 40 graduates of the Customs Superior Technician received their Gold diplomas, representing the 352 students who completed their studies.

Daniela Inés Gutiérrez Moret, received the recognition of integral student and Gold title, while Carmen Rosa Ravelo Domínguez, received the recognition of best graduate and Gold title, who on behalf of her classmates ratified the commitment of being continuators of the revolutionary work.
