Fernandez highlighted the importance of the event that brought together leaders from the region and advocated for the defense of education as a public service guaranteed by the State.

In addition, he noted the need for governments to guarantee access to education for all their citizens.

Under the slogan The right to education in context: recover and transform, the meeting will close on Friday with the presence of officials, ministers, international organizations, and members of civil society.
