Dhaka, Nov 4 (RHC) Bangladesh´s Communist Party on Friday sent a solidarity message to both the Cuban people and the government calling for the end of the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States on Cuba.

According to Prensa Latina, the Communist Party Chair Shah Alam and its Secretary-General Ruhin Hossain Prince strongly rejected the illegal blockade against Cuba,

Bangladesh´s Communist Party condemned the damages caused to the Cuban people by this U.S. policy for over 60 years, as well as the tightening of inhuman sanctions amid the current Covid-19 pandemic.

The party also condemned the exclusion of Cuba from the arbitrary and immoral list created by Washington of alleged states sponsoring terrorism.

The Bangladeshi political force called on the international community and Cuban friends to urge the end of this hostile blockade against Cuba while reiterating its support for the Cuban government and people. (Prensa Latina)
