Havana, August 12 (RHC)-- Cuba's Health Ministry (MINSAP) has issued a call to participate in the 13th Health for All Trade Fair 2015 from April 20th to the 24th next year at Havana's PABEXPO fair center.

According to the ministry, the exhibit will take place within the framework of the International Health Convention Cuba-Health 2015 with the aim of updating specialists on new medical technologies and promoting development and business opportunities of the Cuban industry.

The exhibit will also foster the substitution of imports and production integration with producers and promotion of business potentials of Cuban import-export companies.

Cuba will display the development of electro medicine and accomplishment of new technical service projects jointly with manufacturers of technologies supplied to Cuba, the MINSAP's call added.

The fair will be an opportunity for national and foreign companies, labs, universities and firms -- interested in fostering trade relations -- to exhibit their products, technologies and other materials in close relation with the event's topic and carry out presentations, lectures and business meetings.

The conference is aimed to open a debate about health in Cuba and the rest of the world. It will be a space for reflection, oriented to discuss various themes linked to the international health agenda, said the document.

Participants will also discuss current public policies, strategies, organizations and economic foundations supporting health care, the evaluation of new renewal processes of primary assistance and its effects on all health care services.

Prestigious national and international organizations are sponsoring the event, such as MINSAP, the World Health Organization, the Pan American Health Organization and other health ministries and institutions.
