Greetings from Palestine to the European Forum of Solidarity with Cuba

Paris, Jan 27 (RHC) Europe for Cuba channel received Thursday a greeting from the Yasser Arafat Foundation of Palestine to the first meeting of solidarity with the island organized by the platform, a forum dedicated to promoting the condemnation of the U.S. blockade.

On behalf of the Foundation, its president, Ahmed Soboh, highlighted the channel's initiative and acknowledged its work in defense of the Antillean nation in the face of aggression.

Referring to the meeting to be held on Friday and Saturday in the Spanish city of Seville, Soboh ratified the Palestinian solidarity with Cuba.

The first European solidarity meeting convened by the channel will address new initiatives to denounce and combat the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States on the island for more than six decades.  

Europe for Cuba confirmed the participation of more than 70 organizations, either through physical presence in Seville or contact through online platforms.

Several of these organizations, including the World Federation of Trade Unions, bring together many others, multiplying the scope of the event and its results. (Source: PL)
