Cuba reaffirms commitment to Palestinian cause, on occasion of Palestinian Land Day

Havana, March 30 (RHC) Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba Bruno Rodríguez ratified today Cuba's commitment and solidarity with the cause of the Palestinian people, on the occasion of commemorating Palestinian Land Day.

The Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples pointed out on Twitter that the anniversary once again calls for solidarity commitment and unequivocal support for the just cause of the Palestinian people, whose tireless struggle and long resistance are memorable.

Every March 30, the Palestinians celebrate Land Day as a commemorative date for the events that occurred in 1976, when they called their first general strike against the systematic theft of land by Israel. (Source: Prensa Latina)
