Cuba exalts Vietnam's heroic and long struggle on its National Day

Havana, September 2 (RHC) Cuban president Miguel Díaz-Canel praised the heroic and long struggle of Vietnam, on the occasion of commemorating its National Day today.

In a congratulatory message to his counterpart To Lam, distributed here, Díaz-Canel stressed that Vietnam's victory against colonialism and its definitive triumph against imperialism years later constitute a legacy that arouses the admiration of the people of the world. He also reiterated the willingness to continue deepening the relations between the people and parties of both countries.
