Caracas, March 17 (RHC) – Cuban President Raul Castro arrived in Caracas Tuesday morning to participate at the extraordinary Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our Americas regional integration bloc, known as ALBA.
The Cuban delegation attending the forum in solidarity with the sister nation of Venezuela is also made up of foreign minister Bruno Rodriguez, deputy foreign minister Rogelio Sierra and Cuban ambassador to Caracas Rogelio Polanco.
