Havana, May 26 (RHC-PL)-- Vice President of the Council of Ministers of Cuba Ulises Rosales del Toro heads the Cuban delegation participating today in the inauguration of the newly-elected government of Guyana, led by David Granger.
Granger officially takes office in a ceremony that will coincide with the celebrations for the 49th anniversary of the country's independence from the United Kingdom.
Granma newspaper reports that the Cuban delegation is made up of the Deputy General Manager of Latin America and the Caribbean of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Carlos Rafael Zamora, and Cuba's ambassador to that nation, Julio Cesar Gonzalez.
