Bairiki, July 15 (RHC) --- Cuban President Raul Castro has sent a message of congratulations to the Republic of Kiribati during the ceremony commemorating the 36th anniversary of the independence of the central Pacific island.
The Cuban website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that, along with other members of the diplomatic corps, Vladimir Pérez, Charge d'Affaires of Cuba, participated in the ceremony.
