Success of the FIHAV 2023 trade fair in Cuba is predicted
Havana, Oct 14 (RHC) Cuban prime minister this Friday predicted the success of the upcoming 39th Havana International Fair (FIHAV).
In a meeting to review the preparations for the holding of this commercial exchange from November 6 to 11, the head of the Cuban Government assured that it will reaffirm its strategic value as a space to consolidate businesses, create and strengthen alliances and present the country's investment opportunities.
According to Ana Teresita González, First Vice Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment, businessmen from 58 countries confirmed their participation, and more than 15 thousand square meters have been contracted at the Expocuba headquarters, the largest exhibition center on the island.
In addition, the attendance of more than 20 official delegations and an equal number of chamber delegations and promotion agencies, is also expected.
The official detailed at the meeting that more than 140 Cuban companies and 39 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises will be located in the central pavilion, while a significant presence of foreign entities from all regions of the world is estimated.
Among the most relevant activities included in the conclave program, González highlighted the holding of the 6th Investment Forum, aimed at promoting Cuba's possibilities for attracting foreign capital, as well as the organization, for the first time, of a forum for young entrepreneurs. (Source: PL)
