Havana, January 14 (JIT) - The Havana Sports Trade Fair will be held from July 31 to August 5, 2023 at the Pabexpo fairgrounds.

Yadira González, president of Cubadeportes S.A., highlighted as main objectives to identify business opportunities for the development of the Cuban sports system with the involvement of national and international actors, as well as to encourage the domestic market for the commercialization of products and services in this sector.

He also mentioned the need to summon all forms of management in our country and internationally to present their products and services.

Among the topics to be addressed by the Fair are nutrition, implements, fashion and tourism.

Also included are construction, repair and maintenance of facilities, professional contracting and sponsorships, as well as technologies and sciences applied to sports.

The executive pointed out that there will be areas with national and international exhibitions on the different topics and others for product presentations and exchange of experience and contacts.

There will also be an investment forum to evaluate projects based on the portfolio of opportunities and business rounds through the Cuban Chamber of Commerce.

There will also be an expo-sales area for the commercialization of products and services related to sports.

The event is sponsored by Inder, the Cuban Olympic Committee, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Investment, the Palco/Pabexpo Business Group, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba and ProCuba.
