Havana, July 1 (RHC)-- Cuba won six titles this Friday at the Central American and Caribbean Games of San Salvador 2023, to reach 40 and increase its siege on Colombia in the dispute for second place in the medal standings.

The largest of the Antilles won five gold medals in wrestling and one in women's shooting, to reach 40 gold, 27 silver and 30 bronze medals, very close to the Colombian delegation, which ranks second by country in the table, with 42 gold, 31 silver and 28 bronze medals.
