Mexico City, November 11 (RHC)-- The Mexican Foreign Ministry has confirmed that former Bolivian President Evo Morales is onboard an Air Force plane and on his way to Mexico. The plane, sent by the Mexican government, arrived in Chimoré in the Department of Cochabamba at 21:20 local time after making a stop-over in Lima, Peru to refuel.
