Court annuls trade deals between EU and occupied Western Sahara
Brussels, September 30 (RHC)-- The European Court of Justice has issued a ruling annulling two trade deals between the European Union and Morocco that included fishing and agricultural products from Western Sahara, a territory occupied by Morocco since 1975.
This is the third time tithout the express consent of the people of the territory.
