Representatives from the Americas, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa have confirmed their attendance to the event.
Managua, January 8 (RHC)-- Nicaraguan Vice President Rosario Murillo reports that numerous governments and social movements have confirmed their attendance to the swearing-in of President-elect Daniel Ortega, an event to be held on Monday, January 10th, in Managua.
"The accreditations are many because for us those people, those governments, those states, those parties, those peoples, are truly friends, companions, companions in solidarity with our people," Murillo said.
According to the vice-president, so far representatives from Palestine, the Saharawi Arab Republic, Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia, Iran, Mexico, Argentina, Belize and Honduras have confirmed their attendance.
In addition, delegations from Russia, India, Vietnam, Laos, Angola, Syria, Turkey, Belarus, Egypt, Malaysia, among others, will join.
"Every day we produce, we are in trade, we are seriously fighting with the support of this government that belongs to everyone, because the People are the President," highlighted the vice president.
After recently reestablishing diplomatic relations with China, the vice president stated that "the representation of the special envoy of President Xi Jinping of China, Brother Cao Jianming," vice president of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, will also be present.
On the other hand, she commented that representatives of the secretariat of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People's Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), social movements, journalists and communicators from Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Switzerland, Ecuador, United States, France, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Peru, Italy, among others, will be present.
Murillo stressed that the event will open a new stage "of history and glory of the Nicaraguan people and of the peoples around the world who are united in the struggle for the rights of all."
"Nicaragua is the homeland of all, because here, as we have said so many times -- and we never tire of repeating -- here we were born, here we grew up and here we live, here we all have to build the future, and all together," stressed the vice president.
