Caracas, March 5 (RHC)-- The President of Bolivia, Luis Arce, arrived early Sunday morning to Venezuela to participate in the events to commemorate the ten years of the physical departure of Hugo Chávez.

Upon his arrival at Simon Bolivar International Airport, Luis Arce, affirmed that he brings the feeling of the Bolivian people that Hugo Chavez's presence is in Bolivia.   When asked about the legacy of Hugo Chávez, the Bolivian head of state indicated that one of the most important is regional integration and unity.

The Bolivian president also pointed out that the leader of the Bolivian Revolution demonstrated that the construction of a new, fairer society is possible.  He added that Hugo Chávez's legacy is present in Venezuelans.

Luis Arce arrived to the South American country accompanied by leaders of labor centrals and social organizations who will attend the activities in homage to the ten years of the physical departure of the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution.

The executive secretary of the Central Obrera Boliviana (COB), Juan Huarachi said that the fruits of Chavez' legacy are currently being seen.  For Huarachi, the presence in the region of several leftist and popular governments in Latin America is due to the validity of Hugo Chávez's legacy.

Before leaving for Venezuela, President Luis Arce handed over the symbols of command to Vice President, David Choquehuanca, who will exercise the interim presidency of the country until his return.

Luis Arce will participate in the events to commemorate the ten years of Hugo Chávez's physical departure in the Venezuelan capital at the invitation of the Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.
