La Paz, April 27 (RHC)-- According to information leaked from the United States Embassy in La Paz, the Bolivian capital, Washington is developing a new plan to consolidate the breakup of the Movement towards Socialism-Political Instrument for the Sovereignty of the People and create an “outsider” candidate for the presidential elections of 2025.

The so-called “Simón Bolívar Plan" is part of the U.S. strategy to carry out the recolonization of Latin America.  In the case of Bolivia, it aims to take over natural resources such as lithium and rare minerals.

To achieve this purpose, they plan to consolidate a servile right-wing government.  And erasing the MAS-IPSP from the Bolivian political scene is one of the premises of the project.

In this context, the two blocks that make up the MAS-IPSP (the national leadership and the Unity Pact) have not agreed to call a single congress to elect their new leadership.  The organization has until May 7th to renew its board of directors, as established by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal.  Otherwise, the party could be reprimanded, a situation that would affect one's legal status.

Although the rest of the political parties and actors intend to take advantage of the internal contradictions of the MAS-IPSP and propose new possible candidates, the U.S. plan advocates for an “outsider.”  That is, a candidate who does not appear in the polls.

According to the Bolivian Information Agency, this program responds to the advance of powers such as China and Russia in Latin America, through the BRICS, a mechanism that Bolivia aspires to join.  One of the operators of the “Simón Bolívar” is Debra Hevia, chargé d'affaires of the United States Embassy in La Paz.
