Venezuelan president says to defend the right to peace, there must be a knockout in presidential elections on July 28th

Caracas, June 9 (RHC)-- Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro affirms that "to defend the right to peace, we have to win by knockout on July 28th," reiterating to building a powerful movement with a view to the presidential elections.

From the Girardot municipality, in the state of Aragua, and before a massive gathering of people who came out to support him, the Venezuelan president affirmed that "Aragua has the original spirit of the Liberator Simón Bolívar" and ratified that "1×10 is the guarantee of peace in Venezuela.

The Bolivarian leader urged Venezuelans to mobilize through 1×10, ahead of the presidential elections on Sunday, July 28.  “We have to do 1×10 in the family, with the neighbors (…) they organize the 1×10 for me to knock out the fascist right on July 28th.  “Venezuela has to continue moving forward!” said the president.

Nicolas Maduro highlighted the bravery of the Venezuelan people in resisting the unilateral and illegal coercive measures of the United States and sectors of the extreme right, which promoted the economic war against the South American country.

“It took a lot to face and overcome the economic war, it cost us a lot, but I tell you: now I have the reins of the Venezuelan economy and we are going towards growth, prosperity, balance,” he emphasized.

Maduro pointed out at this stage, the people and their president have remained together, and urged them to continue like this because "better times of growth and well-being are coming."  "We are defending the right to the future of our grandchildren," said the Venezuelan president before the people of Girardot.
