Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed more than 38,100 Palestinians so far, including around 17,000 children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.
The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Friday, July 5, are as follows:
Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on July 5:
Raided an operations headquarters of the Israeli army southeast of the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, with anti-fortification shells, anti-personnel shells and medium machine guns.
In a joint operation with the Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, targeted the Israeli military’s command and control site in the “Netzarim” axis, south of Gaza City, with several short-range rockets.
Targeted an Israeli military Merkava 4 tank with an Al-Yassin 105 shell in the middle of Baghdad Street in the Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
Raegeted an Israeli military Merkava 4 tank with an Al-Yassin 105 shell east of Al-Nazaz Street in the Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
Sniped an Israeli soldier in the vicinity of Tal Zorob west of Rafah City in the southern Gaza Strip.
Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on July 5:
Sniped an Israeli soldier in one of the houses in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City, resulting in his direct injury.
In a joint operation with Al-Quds Brigades, targeted the kibbutz and operations command headquarters of the Israeli military in "Nahal Oz" with a rocket barrage.
Targeted positions of Israeli forces and their military vehicles stationed on the Palestinian-Egyptian border north of Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip, with a barrage of mortar shells.
Engaged in armed clashes with Israeli soldiers on the combat axes in Jenin refugee camp, occupied West Bank.
Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on July 5:
In a joint operation with Ansar Brigades, targeted Israeli regime soldiers and their military vehicles penetrating the Shuja'iyya neighborhood with a barrage of mortar shells.
Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles with a barrage of regular and heavy mortar shells in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City.
Targeted Israeli soldiers stationed at the Rafah crossing gate with a barrage of mortar shells.
Hezbollah’s operations on July 5:
Targeted the Ramtha site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with rockets.
Targeted the Samaqa site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with rockets.
Targeted the Ramia site with artillery shells.
Targeted a building used by Israeli soldiers in the "Shlomi" settlement with appropriate weapons.
Targeted headquarters of the 769th Brigade in the "Kiryat Shmona" barracks with a salvo of Katyusha rockets.
Targeted the newly-established headquarters of the 91st Division at the "Eilit" barracks with a barrage of Katyusha rockets.
Targeted "Margaliot" settlement with a salvo of Katyusha rockets.
