Milwaukee, July 15 (RHC)-- Former U.S. President Donald Trump arrived in Milwaukee Sunday night, prepared for the Republican National Convention which began on Monday. He is expected to receive the party’s formal nomination for the 2024 presidential race later this week when the convention concludes.
Trump has said after the attempt on his life a day earlier he is rewriting “an extremely tough speech” about Biden’s “horrible administration” he had prepared for the event, hoping to unite the country.
The Secret Service has said there will be no changes to the convention’s security plan, adding that they are “fully prepared.”
The motive behind the Pennsylvania rally shooting – suspected to have been carried out by Thomas Matthew Crooks – is still being investigated, according to the FBI.
