Brasilia, March 3 (RHC)-- Brazil's Federal Supreme Court was to decide on Thursday whether or not to press charges against House Chairman Eduardo Cunha.

In hearings that began Wednesday, the Court passed a majority vote to partially accept the corruption and money laundering charges before Court Chairman Ricardo Lewandowski ruled on Thursday to fully press forward.

Cunha is charged with accepting a five-million-US-Dollar bribe to contract two radar ships for Petrobras, and with using the Evangelic Church Asambleia de Deus do Madureira, in Rio de Janeiro, for money laundering operations.
